Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of MarketPulse Intelligence, offered by Chio Consulting Services Inc., doing business as GreenScore Tax and CFO Services. By creating an account or requesting a free report you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes in compliance with Michigan cannabis regulations. You may not resell data, scrape our platform, share credentials, or use the Service unlawfully.

2. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address. Sign-in verification codes are sent to that address.

3. Subscription and Billing

MarketPulse Intelligence is sold as a monthly plan, which renews automatically each month until you cancel, and as a twelve month plan, which is a single payment and does not renew automatically. Prices are the prices shown on our plans page when you pay. You can cancel at any time by emailing dwchio@marketpulseintel.com. Cancelling stops future charges, and your service continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. For the twelve month plan we email reminders 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before your end date, and on the end date. Payments are processed by our payment processor. Payments are non-refundable, including partial months, except where the law requires otherwise. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for billing disputes.

4. Data Accuracy

Intelligence data is sourced from public platforms and updated regularly. We make no guarantee of completeness or accuracy. Verify independently before making business decisions.

5. Intellectual Property and Data Ownership

All content, reports and data provided through the Service, including free reports, are the property of Chio Consulting Services Inc.. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use them for the internal business of the licensed store named on the report, and for no other purpose.

You may not share, sell or otherwise give any report or data to anyone who would resell it, or who would use it to build, train or improve their own product or service, including any product that competes with MarketPulse Intelligence.

Free reports are issued only to licensed Michigan cannabis retailers, and the license number you give must be the store's own. When you request a report we record your agreement to these Terms, the license number, your email address, your IP address and the time.

If these terms are broken we may end access immediately and pursue any remedy available under Michigan law.

6. Limitation of Liability

Chio Consulting Services Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at fees paid in the prior 30 days.

7. Termination

We may suspend access for Terms violations. Monthly plans end when you cancel, at the end of the billing period you have already paid for. The twelve month plan ends after its last paid day unless you renew. Sign-in is then paused and your data is kept for 7 days. On the 8th day it is permanently deleted, after a final notice by email, as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

9. Delivery of the Service

MarketPulse Intelligence is a digital service. No physical goods are shipped. Access begins immediately after payment is confirmed, for the licensed store whose license number was provided at sign-up. You sign in with a verification code sent to the email address on your account. We may suspend access if the license number cannot be verified.
