Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellation and refunds work for MarketPulse Intelligence, offered by Chio Consulting Services Inc., doing business as GreenScore Tax and CFO Services. Please read it before you buy.

1. What You Are Buying

MarketPulse Intelligence is a digital subscription service. The plans and prices are shown on our plans page at the time you pay.

2. Monthly Plans

Monthly plans renew automatically each month until you cancel. Your card is charged on each renewal date.

3. Twelve Month Plans

The twelve month plan is a single payment and does not renew automatically. We email reminders 7 days, 3 days and 1 day before your end date, and on the end date.

4. How to Cancel

Email dwchio@marketpulseintel.com from the email address on your account and include your store name and license number. Cancelling stops future charges. Your service continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.

5. Refunds

All payments are non-refundable, including partial months and unused time, except where the law requires otherwise. Because the service is digital and access begins as soon as payment is confirmed, we do not offer returns.

6. Billing Problems

If you see a charge you do not recognize or a billing error, contact us within 7 days of the charge at dwchio@marketpulseintel.com and we will review it.
